Recently all I been hearing about is how bad the PAC 10 is this year and how they are not even one of the top two conferences on the West Coast. This might be a true statement since the Pac 10 has 1 team in the Polls and Wac and Mountain West have five. That is a scary thought for a fan of the PAC 10. But it is not all bad and the conference will rebound .
USC is a factory and will always be good. I used to think the only way Pete Carroll and the Men from Troy could fall off was NCAA infractions but that couldn't even stop them when stuff was being uncovered against OJ and Reggie.
UCLA will get better with Neihiesel in charge, anyone who thought this boat could be turned around in one offseason from the droll bore that the Dorell staff left was sorely mistaken.
UW has a great QB, great recruiting foundation and history on their side only thing they need to do is fire Willingham. Like Notre Dame did only this team there will be no outrage.
Oregon has Nike on their side and once they can figure out a Offensive system that doesn't kill its QB's will dominate the North West again. (What a bad time far a sub par Boise St. team to come to town, when a team is down to its 4 string QB)
Cal, ASU and OSU all have good coaches systems in place for success, time will tell if they can reload. Maybe Tedford has realized his scheduling errors and would fly is team across the country with less then 12 hrs to prepare for a game even if it is Maryland.
Arizona and Stanford seem like they might be head in the right direction. Stanford beat Cal and USC last year, so they are pleased with themselves for a while. And Stoops might actually make it to a bowl game this year.
Wash St. is in Pullman enough said not sure how they ever got anyone to go play football for them.
